Eric Green: Sued For Sodomizing A Transgendered Female

Transgendered female Angelina Mavilia is suing NFL 49ers player Eric Green for sodomizing her in early 2009. Angelina says she met Green in a casino; he was playing for the Arizona Cardinals at the time. The two went back to his condo and that's when she claims he forcibly sodomized her.

He then got "extremely agitated and threatening," according to court documents, and warned: "This never happened. You'd better not tell."

In a separate lawsuit, Angelina is suing the city of New York after being humiliated and abused after an arrest in a Manhattan housing complex in 2008. When she was taken to jail she says they demanded she take off her bra and panties and were checking out her genitalia. Apparently they questioned whether she was a woman or not. Well, she is now but didn't used to be!
