Heidi Montag Plastic Surgery Procedures Listed, Before and After Pics
Heidi Montag is more troubled than we thought. Her addiction to fame is extreme, but she clearly has an addiction to plastic surgery. I think the two addictions are interrelated. Heidi and Spencer are obsessed with the twisted, superficial world of Hollywood and Heidi has become a victim as she aspires to make herself look like "the best me."
Spencer Pratt's wifey reminds me of Michael Jackson in his early stages of plastic surgery addiction in her "after" picture above. Check out that nose. She's chopping her nose up just like MJ did, but some of Heidi's other surgeries, 10 hours worth, are just stupid. Heidi's surgeries:
- Mini brow lift
- Botox in forehead and frown area
- Nose job revision
- Fat injections in cheeks, nasolabial fold and lips
- Chin reduction
- Neck liposuction
- Ears pinned back
- Breast augmentation revision
- Liposuction on waist, hips, and inner and outer thighs
- Buttock augmentation
Heidi didn't need to have any of that work done. She's wasting her money and I doubt her family approves of this crap. She needs an intervention and perhaps the only way for her to save herself would be for everyone to just ignore her. I must admit that I feel guilty for mentioning that she should shave down her chin on several occasions.
Get some help, hun!

Everyone frowns down on getting work done, but I seriously don't see it as that bad. You have only one life to live. And if you don't like something about yourself change it. I do agree that finding a better solution for it then going under the knife is better. Like if an over weight person wants to be slimmer excercise before having lipo done, but she does look better now. I agree she didn't need all that work done, but the chin shave and the nose sculpted really brought out her features. Just my opinion I don't mean to offend anyone.

now all she needs is a lobotomy and she can be reborn. I'd bet the magazine trys to make the transformation look more drastic than actuality.. but I studied the two photos for a decent amount of time mainly focusing on the eyes and I honestly can't tell that "it" is the same person. chalk her up as another sad sorry story.

What doctor in their right mind would allow this girl to do this! she looks like a different girl...one day she'll have a reality check, nervous breakdown, and want to rip her face off to find the real one

I think she looks hot. Except for her breast, they're GYGANTIC.
I also dont think all of those surgeries were necessessary.But to each it's own. After all it's her money, she can spend it wisely or trash it all out like she did by getting the cosmetic suergeries.

i don't understand why she did all of this... she was BEAUTIFUL before, and now she just looks like a MONSTER. it doesn't look natural, and it makes me sad to see it; because she can NEVER go back to how pretty she was.

why bother? i think maybe one operation would have helped but she had too much. then again why even bother telling her different. if she wants to go through a michael jackson transformation she can. it is her body. whats more important is to educate our children and show them how bad these procedures can turn out.
