I'm excited about the upcoming season of Celebrity Fit Club and I can't wait to see if Kevin Federline drops all of the Budweiser and 7-11 food bar weight he's put on over the last couple of years. In a new interview, Kevin is opening up about his weight gain and bouts with depression. 

"Once you get depressed, you don't really feel like doing anything.You're kind of discouraged about yourself and then the weight gain too, or that makes me more depressed. … I mean, it's a combination of all of those things." 

Kevin admits he got the blues after he and Britney Spears split up, but says that wasn't the only thing that made him fat. Kevin says "just not being happy with myself was probably the main part of my depression." I wouldn't be happy with myself if everyone thought I was a fat jackas* too. He should have thought all of that out before he left his baby momma Shar Jackson and hooked up with Britney, which eventually turned into a marriage and getting knocked up with K-tards babies.

I'm just glad he slowed down on increasing the human population for a while!
