In an act to bring more attention to herself, Tila Tequila claims she is going to file for custody of Casey Johnson's daughter Ava. Casey adopted Ava, who is from Kazakhstan, in 2007, but her mother Sale Johnson took custody of Ava out of fear for her safety. The family could see Casey was on a downward spiral and didn't want Ava to be exposed to it.

That is why this adoption wouldn't make any sense. Tila probably hasn't even met Casey's daughter, because for the short time they were together, Casey didn't have custody of her own kid.

"Her last wish was to have Ava, have me have Ava. Casey's not resting in peace right now. She has come to me in my dreams."

She's coming to Tila in her dreams to tell her not to take her kid! Nobody has the interest of that little girl more than Casey's family, and they'll make sure there's no way in hell Tila could adopt her.
