Ellen DeGeneres & Simon Cowell: The Feuding Continues

Has anyone noticed that Ellen DeGeneres and Simon Cowell aren't sitting next to each other anymore? They started out side by side but according to TMZ "producers separated the two but the tension has gotten worse."

Insiders say Simon and Ellen aren't even trying to hide it. Ellen can't stand what she believes is Simon's cruelty toward contestants. And, we're told, Simon actually enjoys pissing Ellen off with his blistering critiques.

Is Ellen the only one who didn't know Simon Cowell isn't a big ball of sunshine? Um, I think not. She needs to suck it up for this season since he's gonna be gone after the finale, but that doesn't mean she's going to have it easy next season since Howard Stern is rumored to possibly take Simon's spot.
