An absence of self-esteem has caused Heidi Montag to change her face and body forever, and she continues to sound like a lost, confused young woman.

Heidi Montag is full of contradictions, which kind of explains everything: This chick doesn't have a clue! Heidi tells People magazine that she's "very fragile" and "I'm not in a great place right now."

Yet she also says that she is "thrilled." The 23 year-old reality star says "I'm the happiest I've ever been in my life." But I thought you were not in a great place right now, b*tch?!

Heidi says that she was "hysterical the whole time" when she paid her mother a visit in Colorado last month. Their face to plastic face reunion was "so hurtful" because Heidi's mom looked at her "like a circus freak."

Well, Ms. Montag, yo mama isn't the only one looking at you like a circus freak, but none of that should matter since you're "the happiest" you've ever been in your life.
