Kim Kardashian had one of the best dresses at the Heart Truth's Red Dress Collection 2010 fashion show.

Most of the dresses (not pictured here) were hideous, but Kimmy chose one that not only covered up her horse booty, but was basic and slimmed her out.

Kim's shy but it seems like she continues to improve. She did a great job on the runway. How nerve-racking, hoping that you won't trip and fall.
