I think we can start counting on Mel Gibson to do something ridiculous and make a fool out of himself at least once every five years, and we've got the video to prove it! During a promo interview with Dean Richards about Mel's new movie, Edge of Darkness, Mel gets a little edgy himself when talking about his past DUI arrest and 'anti-Semitic' rant.

Dean asks Mel if he thinks the public will perceive him any differently since his DUI arrest and calling a female officer 'sugar tits' and Mel says "That was four years ago dude. I've moved on, I guess you haven't." Who has? That was funny shiz and Mel will always be remembered for it! While Dean is ending the interview, Mel takes a swig of his screwdriver coffee and calls Dean an 'asshole' not realizing he's still on the air.
