Miley Cyrus had a promise ring made for her in London, which she bought herself, but it's not a real diamond. It's fake just like her "virgin-until-marriage" commitment that she's made to God Disney.

As for rumors that she got engaged, Miley says that she bought her promise ring for herself. “I bought it myself. And I got it made in London, and everyone thought it was diamond when it wasn’t. It was the cheapest thing ever."

Might as well make it a cheap ring since it probably symbolizes nothing. Miley's older boyfriend, Liam Hemsworth, could probably attest to that.
