Solange Knowles got married at 17 after she got knocked up by her boyfriend, Daniel Smith. Solange gave birth to their son, Daniel "Julez" Smith Jr., on October 18, 2004.

Solange has called Julez "the greatest unplanned blessing." Solange's tribute to Julez, a song titled "An Ode to Julez," appears on her Sol-Angel and the Hadley St. Dreams album.

Julez accompanied Jay-Z and Rihanna to the stage for their best rap collaboration Grammy win, and RiRi held Julez up to the mic and asked him if he'd like to say something. Julez said, "No thanks!" Awwww. He's not an attention whore and he has great manners for a young child, such a rarity in the entertainment industry. Solange should be proud!

Pink had the best performance of the night at the 2010 Grammy Awards. Singing from high in the air above the crowd, Pink sang "Glitter in the Air," one of the best songs from her latest album, Funhouse. Pink nailed it, even dipping herself in water and twirling around. She could totally work for the circus on the side.

Pink also looked amazing in her nude suit, so of course I have to ask:

Other top performances of the night were the Michael Jackson tribute with Jennifer Hudson, Carrie Underwood, Usher, Celine Dion and more. Lady Gaga and Elton John were great together; and Beyonce's performance intro proved that Sasha Fierce was in the building. But B's inclusion of Alanis Morissette's "You Oughta Know" in her performance was awkward. Jay-Z loved it, though. And I love that Beyonce told her "husband" that she loves him during her award speech. They're finally acting like an item.

But everyone's still talking about Pink cause she did such a great job! Check out her performance after the jump.

Now I know why Kanye West bum rushed the stage at the MTV Awards and I can't say I blame him. Taylor Swift. Is. Overrated. She's the music industry's little darling, like rock and roll freakin' royalty and she's just not that good!

I think many of the Grammy votes may have been sympathy votes - if votes were cast after Kanye's MTV Awards mantrum during Taylor's speech - but if not, God help us all!

Lady Gaga should have won Album of the Year. She's a great artist and she deserved it. 2009 was Taylor's year and it looks like 2010 may be her year too. If only she'd stop acting so shocked that she's winning awards. Taylor's genuinely surprised, but it's getting old now, sweetheart.

With the exception of Lady Gaga, no one showed up to the Grammy Awards looking too outlandish. Too bad Amber Rose wasn't there!

My best dressed award goes to Rihanna! She wears memorable, gorgeous dresses and it's very hard to pull off a form-fitting white dress! But if we're talking about memorable, Lady Gaga wins every time! She didn't go for fug this time. Gaga's look was brilliantly artistic and it was gorgeous from head to toe. The worst dressed award goes to Beyonce. There was something about the fabric of her dress that looked like drapes sewn together. It was beyond blah and it did nothing for her massive hips.

Taylor Swift wore a dress that accentuated her hunchback, while Katy Perry wore a dress that showed baby got back. The most improved award goes to Carrie Underwood's fiance, Mike Fisher, photo above. The man seems to get hotter by the hour. Those eyes! Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino seems to be getting better looking by the hour too.
