Taylor Swift Wins Album of the Year Grammy, Is SOOOOO Overrated
Now I know why Kanye West bum rushed the stage at the MTV Awards and I can't say I blame him. Taylor Swift. Is. Overrated. She's the music industry's little darling, like rock and roll freakin' royalty and she's just not that good!
I think many of the Grammy votes may have been sympathy votes - if votes were cast after Kanye's MTV Awards mantrum during Taylor's speech - but if not, God help us all!
Lady Gaga should have won Album of the Year. She's a great artist and she deserved it. 2009 was Taylor's year and it looks like 2010 may be her year too. If only she'd stop acting so shocked that she's winning awards. Taylor's genuinely surprised, but it's getting old now, sweetheart.

Also, about the Kanye incident, I don't think anyone deserves to be humiliated like that in front of millions of people. I think it was almost PATHETIC that he felt the need to ruin her moment. Even if he didn't think she deserved it, he only made a fool of himself for embarrassing Taylor like that. Am I the only one who noticed he was BOOED the whole night and RUSSEL BRAND even said he went to far?!?! The same Russel Brand who insulted George Bush (can't say I blame him, tbh) & Andrew Saxx (to all you Americans who don't know, Andrew Saxx is a comedic actor who starred along John Cleese in the sitcom 'Fawlty Towers')?!?

I think as an reporter/writer you should be a little less biased and just tell the story. I love Taylor as well as GaGa, and I think Taylor deserved it as much as GaGa did. Is it so hard to believe that she might just be genuinely shocked? That she is a real, grounded person? Some people are so cynical when it comes to celebrities and the media industry that they even criticize the GENUINE people. Taylor wrote all the songs herself, and it was a huge success. She's one of the artists that brought back country music into the mainstream, and has spread it all over the world. Over here in the UK, there are very, VERY, few artists who write and sing country music successfully, and she is one of them. Now, I'm not saying GaGa isn't an amazing artist, because she is and has also changed the music industry radically, but I'm just saying both artists are VERY different in what they do, and they both deserved the award. They had to pick someone, right?

Fuck Taylor Swift, i can't stand her she is a talentless marketing tool, she is a fugly fad that fade into obscurity in a year, no one will remember this no talent bitch in five years, bitch is all hype and no show, she never thanked Kanye for all those awards she won at the amas and grammys, we all know that she didn't deserve album of the at the grammys, they just gave it to her in sympathy because of the vmas incident, fuck the grammys, Lady Gaga deserved album of the year, because Gaga is amazing she is extremely talented, and she is a real artist, unlike that sad pathetic excuse of an artist taylor swift, what a talentless scumbag she is i fucking hate her to death.

Taylor Swift good voice? You are kidding. She sounds like a dying cat. I can tell you there are millions of unknown singers who are thousand times better than this tone deaf. How daring of her to call herself a singer. Nickname her as Tone Deaf, Miss Taylor Tone Deaf Swift. Sounds right.

Taylor Swift is amazing. You don't have to hate on her just because she is really talented and had a good voice. Shes just shocked at how lucky she is to be famous and she loves it. I bet most of you would love to be Taylor Swift. I know I would, shes got everything, shes pretty, nice, rich, and famous. And she has great family, friends, and fans. You have to give her a little bit more credit. I mean really, come on.

Thanks Jennifer! You took the words right out of my mouth...I actually have a friend who was in Nashville for some recording and told me the inside industry folks (recording engineers etc) say that she needs "auotune" on her vocals constantly because she can't stay in key.....her awards were ridiculously misplaced. She's about as good as anyone doing karaoke and plays bubblegum teen music - these awards are supposed to go to the talented artists. The positive, is that she is a sweet and humble girl, and I hope she can improve her skills to the point of actually deserving awards like these...

Taylor swift is OVERRATED.. Gaga should've won it, she DESERVES it! She took over 2009 and she right every song off "The Fame" same with "The Fame Monster"... I am so dissapointed with the grammys, Lady Gaga really deserve that award! and come one! taylor swift better than gaga? HELL NO!

she is sooooo high school, her songs sound like a 10 year old wrote them, she has no range in her voice, oh please she really is overrated Lady Gaga was clearly superior, what is going on!
