Todrick Hall: American Idol's Broadway Singer
In recent years, more top American Idol contestants have been seasoned entertainment industry veterans. Adam Lambert, for example, was belting it out on Broadway for the Hollywood production of "Wicked," and Todrick Hall is no stranger to the stage, either.
Todrick Hall performed in "The Color Purple" alongside Fantasia Barrino, "Beauty and the Beast" at Disney World, and even High School Musical 2. But none of those gigs have gained him as much exposure as competing on one of the most popular shows on network television, American Idol.
Todrick wrote a very cute, soulful song that he sang for the judges during his Texas audition. After they heard it, there was no way they could have turned him down! Also, is it just me or are you getting a major gay vibe from this dude too? Judge him for yourself after the jump...
