Sarah Palin Does Comedy On Jay Leno
Former Republican vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin made an appearance on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno and tried her hand at comedy... Literally! During the opening segment Jay mentioned doing the opening monologue and asked where the cue cards were. They pan over to Sarah Palin who says they're going old school and shows the opening line written on the palm of her hand. Oh, you're a funny one Sarah!
It didn't stop there. She even did a little stand up comedy at the end of her interview. I did enjoy her comment about it being so cold in Alaska that it's "5 degrees below Congress' approval rating." Whatever your day job is these days Sarah, stick with it.
On a side note - Jay Leno still sucks.

Sarah Palin needs to get a new speech writer. All her jokes were old--anyone from Alaska has heard them all before. The thing about Sarah Palin is that she is delusional--hasn't heard of a job that she doesn't think she could handle. Doesn't feel that experience or knowledge has anything to do with job performance--confidence and how fast you can distort the truth is what is most important in her mind. Jay Leno tried to point out that maybe she should listen to people other than FOX--this concept didn't register with her. He commented about the media's attention on what problems her children were having--and Palin made the comment that she didn't understand why they paid attention to what her children were doing but they were all backstage talking to the Flying Tomato. She just doesn't get it--parade your kids around wherever you go and use them like political toys--and the media will notice....Media doesn't pick on the Obama children because they go to school and aren't present
