The beautiful Halle Berry and her gorgeous baby daddy, Canadian model Gabriel Aubry, have split. Halle and Gabriel have been together for five years and their daughter Nahla Ariela Aubry was born on March 16, 2008.
Gabriel is the one who dumped Halle, and their age difference - he's 34, she's 43 - was a factor.
"Gabriel just felt it wasn't working anymore. When they were first together the 9-year age difference between them didn't phase him, she was the most beautiful woman he had ever dated and he was totally in love. But as time went on he started feeling it more and more."
Gabriel and Halle have worked out a financial and custody deal, which they spent months hammering out with a lawyer, Radaronline reports. Gabriel "started noticing other women" and he didn't feel that he should stay with Halle and become a Tiger Woods or Jesse James.
"He had become attracted to someone and that he felt he needed to break it off with Halle before anything developed any further. They both traveled a lot for work anyway, so they were used to spending time apart for long periods, but I think Halle has taken it pretty badly, she truly loved Gabriel and thought she had found the one."
I'm sad for Halle!!! But at least she has a child, something she has wanted for a very long time.
