Jon Gosselin Plans to Sue "Absentee Parent" Kate Gosselin

Jon Gosselin, the pot-bellied, balding loser who said he's happy Kate Gosselin is competing on Dancing With the Stars now plans to sue his ex-wifey, claiming that the show is damaging his children's lives cause she doesn't spend enough quality time with their eight children.
Jon wants primary custody and spousal support.
Jon says that Kate is "an absentee parent" and he seeks to reverse their child-support agreement, under which Jon now pays Kate $21k/ month.
Jonny's lawyer said, "He wants equal say with custody, equal time, but if the circumstances remain as they are, with Kate being rarely home, Jon wants primary custody of the children. He is much better able to spend time with the children."
Hey Jonny, Kate's going to be voted off of Dancing With the Stars soon, you better hope that a judge rushes this lawsuit of yours!

He is just jealous of Kate. She maybe a control freak but at least she can take great care of her kids.

Sure he is much better able to stay with the kids, because he doesnt do CRAP! When his next little rich ho bag comes along then what. He will NEVER be the better parent, not in a million years. Go Team Kate.
