Sheriff Deputies Make A Visit To Lindsay Lohan's Apartment

It's another gorgeous day in Lohan paradise! Michael Lohan and Sheriff deputies made a visit to Lindsay's apartment because Michael convinced the deputies to do a 'welfare check' on Linday's little sister Ali Lohan.

Ali was at the apartment and after speaking with the deputies, she was allowed to stay at Lindsay's. According to TMZ Michael is now going to the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services as he was advised to do so by the deputies.

Sources say Michael made a "compelling case" to Sheriff's deputies -- we're told Michael told deputies Ali was in Lindsay's car on the way back from Coachella and the car was going over 100 mph.

Dina Lohan said she was told by her attorneys not to speak about the current situation because it's very serious and her ex could be in big trouble.

"He's dangerous.... If he can't get to them, he is going to try to hurt them -- it's not good."

Lindsay tweeted that she was upset with the building management for allowing her dad and the deputies in, but there's not much they can do about it now! Michael is apparently in L.A. to try to get Lindsay into a rehab program, but I don't see her jumping on the sober wagon on his behalf since she blames him for her drug use.
