Move over Leon Phelps cause Justin Bieber is taking over your spot as the ladies man. As if girls need more of a reason to freak out and go into convulsions when they see Justin Bieber, he admitted on the Johnjay and Rich radio show in San Diego that he's got some kissing skills.

Justin says he's made out with a couple of chicks and if need be, you pull off in a Wal-mart rest stop to get a little action when you're with your chick. I hear thousands of chicks screaming over the thought that they could be the next one to make out with Justin at Walmart. Ladies, work on your kissing technique cause you never know.

When asked if he's a good kisser Justin said "I'm a good.. I'm a great kisser!"  but it got strange when one of the show hosts said "Really. You've got nice little full lips!"
