Katy Perry has been named No. 1 on Maxim's 2010 Hot 100. Russell Brand's fiance is pretty, hilarious and fun. Katy may not be the most naturally gorgeous woman - considering how much makeup she wears - but it's her personality that has earned the pop star the coveted title.

I couldn't agree more. Katy Perry is a down to earth b*tch and it's refreshing to know that Maxim realized that personality trumps looks - or at least it should. But it's not like Katy is fug either. It's also great that Katy was picked because she's not blonde, emaciated (like Zoe Saldana who makes the list at no. 3), nor does she have fake boobs. What # is Heidi Montag?! Heh.
