Kim Kardashian, her sisters and her money hungry mom appeared on Nightline last night where they discussed rumors surrounding plastic surgery.

Kim Kardashian confessed that she has had botox injections but she has left her nose untouched. Kim said, "I'm totally not against plastic surgery. I've tried Botox before. That's the only thing that I've done. I've never had my nose done," she clarifies.

Kris Jenner said that "none" of them have had their noses done and Kim said: "What's funny about my nose, it's my biggest insecurity. I always want to get my nose done . . . I went to the doctor, I had them take the pictures, he showed me what it would look like and it just didn't -- I wouldn't look the same."

When asked about her Double D's, Kim said, "Trust me honey," she jokes. "if I take this bra off you will tell me I need to get them done."

Yep, Kim is insecure as HELL! She's not conceited nor is she confident, which is strange. She's gorgeous but she focuses on her "flaws." WTF is wrong with her nose?!!
