Sammi 'Sweetheart' Giancola: The Latest Jersey Shore Fighter

These Jersey Shore folks need to spend a few weeks in anger management class! It seems like one of them is getting into a bar fight on a daily basis with our latest fighter being Sammi 'Sweetheart' Giancola.

Sammi is being accused of punching a 24-year-old woman named Kristen DeMinco during an argument at the club Dream over the weekend. It all started when Kristen began talking to Sammi's boyfriend in the VIP section, and little miss 'sweetheart' didn't take the small talk with her man, lightly.

"She exchanged bad words at me. I exchanged bad words back. She hit me twice in the face and I just backed off right after that. I didn't want to get involved in a fight," said DeMinco, who plans to sue MTV and Giancola.

"This wasn't even the first fight that night for these people. They're running around Miami Beach beating up people for ratings," DeMinco's lawyer told RadarOnline.

What happened to getting completely sloshed and just having a good time? The Jersey Shore girls want to do nothing but cause drama and compare their fake tans. They need to drop their holier than thou attitudes and spend the rest of their time in Miami trying to bang as many hot men as they can. Life's too short to be a drama queen!
