It’s crazy to think it’s been one year since the King of Pop passed away. Michael Jackson had unbelievable talent, and he influenced many of the artists who perform today. Who didn’t want to do the moon walk like Michael, or his trademark heel spin when they were little? My tribute to the king is posting the ‘Thriller’ video which catapulted MTV, and also scared the crap out of me as a little kid. It’s still one of my favorite videos ever!

I bet I’m not the only one who had a regular white winter glove that I considered my Michael Jackson glove, and would put it on while I was trying to pull off his slick moves. Needless to say I always failed miserably. And who wasn’t excited when a new Michael Jackson video would premiere? They were always cool little mini-movies.

Michael you were and still are the man, and a huge part of my childhood. Long live the King of Pop!
