Robert Pattinson Tells Nightline He's Going to Die at 30
Like his girlfriend Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson is an optimist. The Twilight star sat down with Nightline to talk about his personal life, or why he doesn't want to talk about his personal life. I'm not sure. I haven't watched the clip yet.
Robert said: "In logical terms, if you're just walking down the street and every single stranger on the street knew your business and came up and felt the need to comment on it, you'd just be like, 'Shut Up! I'm gonna kill you.' It's exactly the same mentality... I don't really want to try to sell it either. Maybe if I was selling it, I'd talk about it more."
On the consequences of his success: "I guess I just thought if too many good things happen, then you're gonna die at 30," he said. "I didn't want that to happen. Yeah, so probably, I'm going to die at 30. Actually, it's God saying, 'Hey, you shouldn't have asked for too much.'"
Robert Pattinson is talented, charming and one of the best interviewees. I totally understand where he's coming from too. It's scary when everything is going really well, it's like the calm before the storm. But Robert should relax, he can quit the business any time he wants to and he'll have plenty of money to live very comfortably off of. Enjoy the ride.
