Danielle Staub is Suing Teresa Giudice and Ashley Holmes
On last night's episode of the Real Housewives of New Jersey, Teresa Giudice began an argument which led to Ashley Homes, the daughter of housewife Jacqueline Laurita, physically attacking Danielle Staub.
Staub's lawyer has confirmed that his client is suing the alleged perpetrators of the attack in at the Passaic County Superior Court, describing the mindset of the assailants as, "like a gang mentality." Danielle's lawyer says that his client plans on using footage from the show to seek defamation, assault and battery charges in addition to punitive damages as well.
Giudice, who famously flipped a table on Staub at the end of the show's first season, did not physically attack the mother of two, but was shown chasing Staub while yelling insults. Holmes, who reportedly believed that Staub had assaulted her mother, grabbed Staub, allegedly ripping out a clump of her weave.
Teresa also plans to get a restraining order on Teresa, Ashley "and all others involved."
Danielle just lost all her street cred. She can't handle having her weave pulled out, so she gets a lawyer to turn this into a legal circus. I can't wait to watch this episode on my DVR. I'm sure I won't like this Danielle "prostitution whore" at all.

So glad this danielle is gone!! :) What a woman. She is so in to herself and thinks she is so much better than all the others and surprise, she is the ugliest of the bunch and she is just plain skanky!!! No wonder she is divorced and sleeps with maarried men. She needs alot of help.

Finally, someone who sees it differently than "I love the Manzos" and "Danielle is crazy". Danielle is a little different, but not without reason and there is more to the story than what we are being shown. I knew that the Manzos had to have some mafia affiliation bc of how they always tiptoed around that issue and why is someone in your family murdered randomly? It is more likely they were murdered for a reason and I'm sorry they are from mafia money....period.
They should have done a bg check on the Giudices then they would have realized they are still Patterson grown.....lol.....wow this show is priceless and I'm sick of everyone (including the public) teaming up on Danielle.

Who cares if Danielle is a past criminal or "skanky b*tch"? I mean seriously, who the F cares? If Ashley "Lil Moose" Holmes wants to "act like an adult" and pull on someone's hair, she's got to be willing to pay the adult consequence -ie criminal and/or civil charges filed against her. That's how the system is setup in the U.S. Don't like it, call your representative.
And lets look at the real crimes here: (1) Theresa & Jacqueline have gained significant weight, and (2) the sexy Dina is no longer on the show! I say this is BS and not fair to the viewing audience!
And lastly, has anyone seen Danny Provenzano (boyfriend of Danielle -I mean seriously, they're hooking up, right?) movie, "This Thing Of Ours"?

I am sooooooooo glad danielle is suing teresa and ashley they both deserve it. ashley posting all kinds of crap on the web for a long time and not getting in trouble for attacking someone's character in such a public way? and teresa thinking she is beyond touch? really? really? I hope she looses everything! I don't wish ill of the children, because children don't get to pick their parents. I am so over stupid ashley getting involved in crap that has nothing to do with her.

Danielle is horrific but Teresa is also a flaming b*tch. She was scheming from the git-go to start trouble w/ Danielle @ the show. Jaqueline is just stupid & her daughter, Ashley, needs to sit down & shut up. I think it's great D. is suing the others. Teresa & Joe need a wake-up call. The kind call that forces them to pay back every bloody dime they 'stole' & live in cardboard box. Let their kids go move in w/ that low rent pretentious hag Caroline.

Danielle has a past yes. However ALL OF THE HOUSEWIVES DO!
Look up Tiny Manzo! He was associated with the Mob and was killed by them for stealing. He is Caroline's father in law.
Also Teresa and her husband Joe are current criminals. Joe got found guilty of forging his business partners signature on documents and pocketing the money from the deals. That's why they filed bankruptsy. They filed it right after the judge found Joe guilty so he wouldn't have to pay what he was ordered to pay. Not to mention all of the other debts they owe because they make large purchases but don't pay. Yet they go all out all season spending like they have it when they don't, This is another reason why the IRS is looking into their accounts! They are not really bankrupt!

I don't blame her for filing charges. Look at what all of the other women have done to her.
You know the only reason this fued began was over the fact that Danielle is friends with DIna's ex sister in law and Dina's ex husband didn't want Lexi on the show. Dina forged his signature and he let it go at first then when he saw the direction the show was taking he pulled her from it. Notice in the first season he took her on a long trip with NO CAMERA'S ALLOWED! Lexi being gone isn't the only reason Dina was crying. Her ex threatened to take custody from Dina because of the show and the fact that her and her arranged husband reportedly have drinking problems. In which was stated in the last dinner episode last season when Danielle stated "I don't let my kids see me drunk at 2am"
There is more to the show than what you see and once you do a little digging you find out the truth and it's not Danielle who is crazy it's the rest of the women. I am not saying she is perfect. However there has never been one time that she has done anything to any of the women. There has never been one time that while being attacked that she lost her composure last season or this season. In this last episode she was trying to leave peacefully and Teresa was waiting on her like a predator and Danielle finally tried to stand up for herself however it blew up because God forbid someone expose the other ladies for what they are!
Jaqueline and Teresa make jokes about gangster's and Danielle however it is Jaqueline's dead father in law who was involved in the mafia. As well as the fact that the way Teresa and Joe avoid the tax man is another piece of evidence to show that their behavior isn't too far off from most members of the mafia.

DANIELLE IS A PAST CRIMINAL . WHO the hell is she to be suing anyone ! People fight all the time , anyone that sues people over is is just seeking attention . Do the other wives already have mug shots ?! Danielle was arrested for possesion extortion and she KIDNAPPED SOMEONE ! , I'd say thats a little worse than someone pulling her weave.
