One of the ugliest contestants on The Bachelorette this year, Frank Neuschaefer left the Bachelorette last night so he could get back together with his ex-girlfriend.

ABC pimped the pimp juice out of this episode, featuring clips of Ali crying over Frank from before the season even began airing on TV.

Frank was one of the final three contestants "competing for Ali's heart" - Awww. The other two guys are Chris and Roberto. All three men get to enjoy Tahiti with the ridiculously adorable Ali Fedotowsky. Frank decides that he has to go visit his ex-girlfriend Nicole in Chicago cause he still has a boner for her. Before Frank makes it to Tahiti, he meets up with Nicole so he can determine whether he should stay with Ali or try to rekindle what he had with his ex.

Nicole is not cute, which means that she's a better fit for Frank. Nicole's pimp game is almost as good as the show's producers. When Frank tells Nicole that he doesn't know what to do, she says, “Without you, I’m just not happy. I don’t feel complete. It’s sick.” She also said something that I thought was brilliant that I can't remember, but whatever she said, it worked.

Frank then decides that he wants to be with Nicole forever and he has to tell Ali. When Frank has a one-on-one with Ali in Tahiti and tells her about his ex, she rips the flower outta her hair and throws it on the floor. I can't remember if she did something with her flip flops, but I think they were suddenly removed for dramatic effect or something cause nothing says 'I'm upset!' more than letting someone know you're going barefoot on the beach.

Ali also did a lot of tear shedding and told him that he's selfish, but she took it very well. She may have been stuck in a WTF-just-happened mode. Frank also did a lot of crying in front of 'The Bacehlorette,' which must have been difficult and confusing for Ali.

Before Frank left Ali, Ali had a date with Roberto, a man that she says is "SO HAWT!" Disregard her taste, though, cause she's kept Frank in the game for this long. Ali and Roberto went to the fantasy suite where it took her way too long to take off his shirt. During their dinner date, Roberto tells Ali that he's starting to fall in love with her. Chris also steps his game up and tells Ali that he can see himself with her forever.  He also said "God, I love you." Not hot, dude. Take the 'God' out of it and you won't sound so much like a teenager in heat.

After Ali has fun with Chris and Roberto, the good times come to a screeching halt when Frank tells Ali about Nicole and single handedly becomes one of the most hated men in Bachelorette history! :)
