Heidi Montag scooped out her back and transformed her entire body after having 10 plastic surgery procedures in one day. Then she sold her story to the tabloids.

Initial reports said that Spencer pressured Heidi Montag to get all that work done, and now that Heidi and Spencer are ovah, the aspiring life-sized Barbie is having regrets. Heidi's surgeries cost nearly $50,000 and she almost died, but now she wants to go for a more natural look.

A source told Heat Magazine: “She’s thinking about a plastic surgery make-under now that she’s separated from Spencer. He was the one who wanted her to get the work done. She knows she went too far, and she feels stupid.”

Heidi should remove her flotation device breasts or get smaller ones, but she should leave everything else alone. The more plastic surgery you get, the worse you look. If Heidi does go for a make-under, she could just be feeding a very real plastic surgery addiction and then she may not like those results and then she'll just keep trying to fix what will never return - like the fame she once had when The Hills was popular and semi-relevant.
