I'll let you all base your own judgement on this picture. This is an alleged photo of Ke$ha with what appears to be a puddle of man juice on her stomach.

There's no mention of where or when this pic was taken but it does look like her, and buddy does she look fugged up! Not just butter face fug, but wasted!
