David Boreanaz is being sued by Kristina Hagan, an extra on "Bones," for sexual harassment. Kristina is being represented by fame whore Gloria Allred.

According to Hagan's lawsuit, David sent "sexually inappropriate text messages" in August of last year. He also was in the car with her on a drive last September and he "attempted to kiss her and touch her breasts but she pushed him away."

The court papers further allege that Boreanaz then “unzipped his pants” and pleasured himself in front of her. But that wasn’t the only time, claims Hagan, who says Boreanaz “masturbated in front of her” on another occasion as well. The suit also alleges Boreanaz claimed he was trying to find a part for her, but never did.

Hagan is also suing Fox and the show's production companies.

Just cause David stars on a show called "Bones" doesn't mean he's gotta bone every woman around him. The father of two was linked to Rachel Uchitel, Gina Rodriguez, and now he's linked to Kristina. I'm guessing there are other women who don't want to come forward.
