Whoopi Goldberg is Forcing Me To Blog on My Day Off

HERE WE GO AGAIN! Does anyone know the address to Whoopi's office at The View cause I'd like to send her some skin bleaching cream, overnight. Her 'I'm-black-but-I-want-to-be-white' transformation deserves completion and some skin bleaching will have to suffice until she has numerous plastic surgeries.

Before I talk about Whoopi, I want to mention a comment that was left on the "I'm About To Go In" post which said, "...make the most out of your life and drop the poor poor pitiful me rap and get on with it. fix what ya can and don't sweat the small stuff."

I just want to say that I knew I was opening the floodgates with my post and I knew that people were going to take offense to it, but I'm politically correct enough on this blog, so I said 'to hell with it'... like, if I actually ever used the phrase "To hell with it!" in real life, I probably would've said it right before I hit "publish."

By default, the haters have strengthened my argument and proven me completely right. Case in point: According to the haters I have issues with my color because I date outside my race, I'm an Uncle Tom because I'm black and I don't have a black gossip blog, I'm stupid for making a generalization, and I pity myself because I have to prove that I'm Afrocentric.

Based upon the comments I posted in the paragraph above, you can all clearly see that my black pride was questioned, therefore placing me in a position where I once AGAIN am challenged to prove myself. Which is EXACTLY what I said tends to happen.

None of the reactions I've received at MissJia are a surprise to me. These repetitive attacks are predictable. What I will clarify, though, is that I was throwing NO pity party for myself when I said that I'm often told that I am "so white" and "such a white girl." However, we live in an era where Michelle Obama's not supposed to say that and neither am I, but I just did!

Naturally, there have been moments in time where I would be annoyed with the "You're so white" commentary, keyword: MOMENTS in time. Oprah says that she is still told that she's too white, but guess who is laughing all the way to the bank? Lady O.

Because I am not named Loquisha, Shequanda, Maquita and the like and I "talk like a white girl," that has allowed me to get my foot in the door. Trust me when I say no pity party has been thrown, but when I throw one, you'll be the first to receive an E-vite. I call other black people "so white," and I beat people to the punch and tell them I'm 'The first black blonde girl you'll ever meet' cause I can be ditzy. It's all in good fun, yet naturally I just offended some people by admitting that. The floodgates have been opened, so I'm letting the water continue to flow on out of 'em for these 'MOMENTS in time.'
