Apollo Nida: Phaedra Parks' Husband is a Convict, Criminal Records Revealed
Apollo Nida is the husband of Phaedra Parks of the Real Housewives of Atlanta season 3. Now here's the kicker: Phaedra is a high profile attorney whose clients have included Jermaine Dupri and Bobby Brown. And Apollo? Well, he's a convict.
According to public records, Apollo had been placed on parole after being involved in an auto theft ring. He spent almost six years of the past 12 in prison on two unrelated crimes.
Here's an excerpt from one of Apollo's court cases - Graham v. The State and Nida v. The State, dated November 28, 2006:
Apollo Nida, and four other individuals on a 20 count indictment alleging violation of the Georgia Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act and multiple counts of theft by receiving stolen property, forgery in the first degree, sale or possession of a vehicle from which the vehicle identification number (VIN) had been removed, and possession of counterfeit insurance identification.
I love it! If Apollo's up to no good in the future, he has his own female Johnnie Cochran at home to keep his ass from getting locked up!

WHO CARES ABOUT ALL THAT HE SAY SHE SAY OR WHAT I FEEL OR THINK SHIT. IF PHAERDA LOVES APOLLO THATS GOOD... WE NEED MORE PEOPLE LIKE PHAERDA IN THE WORLD.. EVERONE DESERVES A 2ND CHANCE. LIFE IS TOO SHORT TO HOLD ON TO THE PAST OR FOCUS ON BULLSHIT.

People need to get over it. A few thefts is not murder or rape nor did he hurt anyone. Some Judges, and a good number of high ranking people have been incarcerated. And damn what some people are saying he is Fine!!! Has a nice body and personality and intelligent, and is doing fine as a father.Everybody needs a 2nd chance in life. and people need to stay out of their damn business.

I agree- lightskinned and clean is too often mistaken for FINE- he is in shape and nice looking- but I feel soey for him - she is a bit much, but then what are his options- as an ex-convict it is a hard road - so if a rich chick wants you as arm candy and can ignore the fact that you are just as feminine as she is then I say go for it. Plus he seems to have more motherly instinct than she does- for the son that is a mystery because he has not been out of jail for 40 weeks when the full-term baby was born- Phaedra grow up- your mom is not stupid - she knows that you were not a virgin.

Why do folks keep goin on TV wit stank attitudes advertisin their fine ass husbands (ref: Lisa Wu Dumbell and fine ass Ed and his juicy booty)? However, his voice is a little too high for my liking...Which makes me think gay...Then ya throw the prison in and I'm over it. Nevermind u keep Appolonia to yourself Phaedra!

I don't think he is that fine he's light skinned which is often confused with fine. Ladies please he is okay but what does he have to offer her. Can he even vote anymore.
