Cy Waits, the Last Vegas club manager who also does part-time work as Paris Hilton's bodyguard against psychos with knives, has been fired from the Wynn and Encore resort company in Vegas.

Cy Waits was driving the Cadillac Escalade that was pulled over by police on Friday which led to Paris' arrest. Police stopped the car because they thought they saw marijuana smoke coming from an open window. Waits was charged with driving while under the influence.

Ironically, Cy's twin brother Jesse was promoted to Head of Nightclub Operations for the Wynn and Encore resort company on Wednesday. Wynn reportedly has a "zero-tolerance policy" with its club execs when it comes to brushes with the law.

I can't feel sorry for him cause someone will hire him based upon who he's dating right now. Cy better not wait on the job hunting cause Paris may cut him loose by October.
