Former ‘Bachelor’ winner Maribel Delgado was arrested Thursday morning for DUI. According to Radar Online, Delgado was charged with misdemeanor driving under the influence. She refused to take a blood alcohol test, and was later released on $500 bail.

Maribel had appeared on ‘Bachelor’ in 2003 and 2004, and won the heart of Bachelor dude Byron Velvick in her second appearance on the show. The two never married and eventually split up but not before Delgago got a chance to smack her man around.

In 2007, Maribel was arrested in Seminole, Florida on batter charges after allegedly punching Bryon in the face. What a sweet, classy girl!
