Miley Cyrus isn't happy with her average size boobies and is looking to upgrade in a big way. Star magazine reports Miley wants to go under the knife and get a set of knockers as big as Holly Madison's. A large set of twins would definitely help Miley's slut status.

The only thing Miley Cyrus likes less than a flat note is a flat chest. She’s already seen a plastic surgeon and aims to up her cups to Holly Madison proportions, a source tells Star.

“Miley is intent on getting a boob job, and she’s insisting her parents sign the consent form, which is required since she’s still 17 years old. Billy Ray and Tish are letting her go for it. She’s beyond their control, anyway.”

She would topple over if she got boobs as big as Holly's who is reportedly a 36D, but I think they look larger than that. A lot of girls breasts are still developing into their 20s which means Miley hasn't hit her peak boob size yet. If she has any type of surgery done, she should go to the dentist and have him shave down her horse teeth!
