Hoopz, winner of Flavor of Love season 1, and Shaquille O'Neal have been a rumored couple in recent months, and now these two are engaged? The owner of a Vegas restaurant says that he watched Shaq propose to his favorite reality TV star.

Since appearing on Flavor of Love, Hoopz went on to win I Love Money and the heart of Shaq. She also starred in a sex tape. Shaunie's going to love this. Shaq divorced the mother of his five children, Shaunie, earlier this year after a very messy split.

For the record, I don't believe this story at all. Shaq's going to propose to his b*tch in a friggin' restaurant where people can see him on bended knee?! Try again. A similar story about Reggie Bush proposing to Kim Kardashian came out before too.
