Seaside Heights police have released the official mug shot and arrest report from the July 30th incident in which Nicole Snooki Polizzi was taken into custody.

Details are still vague, as the report only says that Snooki was arrested for disorderly conduct and doesn’t provide any specifics. However, an anonymous witness says that Snooki was drinking Patron tequila for several hours before the incident (shocker) and that she initially resisted arrest.

What a scene. The sight of that fake-Italian Oompa-Loompa trying to fight off the cops is surely something that will stick with everyone who witnessed it for the rest of their days – like Vietnam, only much, much funnier.

It’s hard to tell if the effed-up hair and make-up are the result of a struggle with the cops or just the product of an all-day bender. Either way, girl is looking Jersey-licious.

On the upside for Snooki, the arrest report lists her height as 4’10″. Either the cops were feeling generous that day or they let her keep her platforms on when they measured her.
