Back in June we reported a story about Fernando Flores who worked as one of Britney's bodyguards for a short period of time, and claimed he quit the job because she was always giving him the 'come on' and would constantly parade around the house naked and yell at staff. Well he's not letting this shiz go and TMZ has obtained the lawsuit Flores has filed claiming sexual harassment, and also says Britney abused her kids.

Fernando believes Britney Spears made "repeated unwanted sexual advances" toward him and on one account she allegedly showed his vag to him.

"She was wearing a white lace, see-through dress.  She walked over close by [Fernando Flores], intentionally dropped her cigarette lighter on the floor, bent over to retrieve it and thereby exposed her uncovered genitals to [Flores]."  The lawsuit goes on, "The incident caused [Flores] shock and disgust."

The lawsuit also says Britney engaged in "numerous sex acts in front of Flores" and on one occasion she was "loudly having sexual relations" in a hotel room where her kids were present.

The suit claims on one occasion Britney allegedly demanded Flores' belt, then walked in the house and allegedly twice "savagely hit the small child [Preston]" with the belt.

And the suit claims on another occasion Britney fed both kids crabmeat even though she knew they had serious fish allergies.  The suit claims both kids started vomiting and Spears allegedly prevented anyone from seeking medical help, allegedly telling them, "Mind your own f**king business!"

Considering this isn't the first time one of Britney's ex-employees has spoken about her nakedness, I do think there may be something to his story but I don't believe the child abuse bullsh*t. Pretty much the only thing I do believe is she likes to hang out at her house nude.... While drinking Starbucks. She always has one on hand!
