Janet Jackson and her Middle Eastern billionaire boyfriend were spotted in Manhattan yesterday. I love short hair on Miss Jackson, she really does have the features for it. And Wissam always gets a big thumbs up from me, even when he's wearing pants big enough to hide an Olsen twin in 'em.

Wissam Al Mana and Janet have been spotted at fashion shows, in Italy, and in New York City, where they were first photographed together. They met in December.

Janet and Wissam also told folks that they'll be flying to Paris soon for Fashion Week. Can you imagine being so wealthy that the only thing you gotta do is eat, sleep, shower, f*ck, and shop?! Now that's romantic.
