Katy Perry's boobs are scandalous. First Sesame Street cut her cameo with Elmo because people were complaining about her cleavage baring dress, and now her reps had her breasts reduced in an ad for VH1's 'Divas Salute the Troops'.

On Wednesday VH1 released the retouched photo featuring Katy's digitally reduced boobies. She can't help she was blessed with great big boobies, and I don't think the troops would mind her 34Ds being on the advertisement instead of a shrunken down version. Katy needs to do a little modeling for Victoria's Secret and allow the girls to hang out of tiny bras in all their plump and perky glory.
