Paula Cook is Moving Forward With Fantasia Barrino Lawsuit
Fantasia Barrino has been dating a married man named Antwaun Cook for a while now, and his wife Paula wants to sue her for it. Under the Alienation of Affection Law in North Carolina and six other states, wives can sue mistresses for pulling a LeAnn Rimes.
The two women attempted to settle their dispute through private mediation but the ladies were unable to reach a settlement, propelling Cook to move forward with a civil lawsuit against the singer.
“Fantasia and Paula were in mediation for nearly 12 hours on November 1. Fantasia refuses to acknowledge that she was aware of Paula’s marriage to Antwaun when she started dating him, and Paula is adamant that she knew.”
It was just a few years ago when Fantasia couldn't even read. She's not the brightest bulb in the box. She also tattooed Antwaun's name across her chest after they had like two dates. Antwaun doesn't like Fantasia at all, from the footage of him on her reality show - yes, he is on her show. Like I said, she's the female version of Einstein.
“Fantasia was prepared to pay Paula as much as $100,000 to settle during their mediation, but it fell through. Paula plans on going all the way and is going to sue Fantasia for Alienation of Affection.”
Fantasia's still with Antwaun, so she deserves to lose all of her money. I just hope she won't be pushed over the edge when he knocks her up and leaves her for his partner in crime, his attractive wife.

Im glad that BS is over, what state in their right mind will hold another responsible for a failing marriage. Hell he had to date to find another person in his life sooner or later. Paula just start working towards that Child Support (hint: maybe you should have accepted that pay off) from that minimum wage working man. LingMAO........Fantasia Lady keep doing you....

Word just came in that fantasia and autwaun won their case. Report show that autwaun and his wife broke up in 2009 whether than in 2010 so Paula Cook was lying. Im am happy Fantasia won because ive been praying 4 her and I've been a fan since American Idol. If you haven't got her album it is the best album of 2010. Back to Me is a great album. Please get it and support her

Better believe she knew..Fantasia was just waiting for Antwuan to make his choice and figured getting pregnant would help..let me further tell ya that Fantasia and Antwuan Cook are still a couple..NOW how "sorry" is that?!the fact is.. the reason Fantasia offered a lil bitty $100,000 and not 1 million to Paula Cook is because she HATES Paula Cook and is jealous this women was able to tame a Antwuan Cook for a time with *NO* Glitz and Glamour something Fantasia will never be able to do!Why add insult to injury and offer that small amount?Fanny hosted.. fantasia you were blessed to have made it , so dont throw that away ,continue to do what you do and ask god to guide you . that suicide thing, girl your mistake isnt that big .as one fan wrote ,hold your head up... and mrs. cook thats just money, its obvious mr. cook been cheatin and she know it she should be suing her husband you made him do nothing .
