I couldn't care less that Tony Parker and Eva Longoria are getting divorced. I saw this split coming from the start. Tony is a 28 year-old athlete and Eva is a 35 year-old actress. Who do you think wanted to get settled down more? Furthermore, Eva would look at Tony like Beyonce looks at Jay-Z, like he is the second coming. It always looked like she was more into him than he into her.

Regardless, whenever infidelity is involved, people always comment on the looks of the party who was cheated on. Are we that shallow? Cheating has nothing to do with looks, often times it's the most beautiful women who are cheated on. Their partner is aware of what quality of women they can pull, so they whore themselves out to the point where they couldn't get more @ss even if they wore a 'Dick For Sale' sign around their neck outside Walmart. I'll take an STD-free one for $40... oh, okay, make that $50.

Tony and Eva are acting like children, like we've seen many couples do after a split. She filed for divorce in California and he filed in Texas. This is going to be messy and filled with drama. So over it.

Texas divorces can be handled quickly -- in as little as 60 days.

The couple signed a prenup, but in Tony's petition he makes no mention of it.  To the contrary, he writes, "Petitioner believes Petitioner and Respondent will enter into an agreement for the division of their estate."  Since they've already signed a prenup, the word "will" is curious.

Tony's petition also states, "Petitioner owns certain separate property that is not part of the community estate of the parties ..."
