Author Terry McMillan tweeted that Will and Jada are pimping their kids out. She claims that Jaden Smith and Willow Smith are too young to know if they want to be entertainers. Terry posted a very long rant in which she said "It feels like the Smith children are being pimped and exploited." She has since apologized in the wake of her post-tweet fallout.

Terry's comments are especially unfortunate because Willow is only 10 years old, which Terry should have considered before proclaiming that she's "being pimped and exploited." Not only are Will and Jada's choices none of Terry's business, but Jaden and Willow are actually talented and they're diversifying Hollywood, and they're doing so with class. If they want to bail on their careers, they will do so. Terry has made her fortune from writing successful books, she should STFU and allow other talented people to also have their shine.

Meanwhile Willow brought her fierce cuteness to Vanity Fair for its February issue. I love how Willow's team is molding her look. Fashion is a big part of her image, and we never know what she's going to wear next.
