Kate Middleton and Ellen DeGeneres are related. Seriously. Ellen was contacted by the New England Genealogical society and informed that she and Prince William’s fiance are 15th cousins. Both women are related via their ancestor named Sir Thomas Fairfax.
On yesterday’s episode of Ellen, the host said: “I’m definitely invited to the wedding now! Let me know if you need me to plan the bachelorette party, because I found some straws that are shaped like. . . well never mind.”
I’m hoping that Ellen can get her cousin to appear on her show sometime! We wanna get to know Kate here in the States because it’s not like we won’t be hearing about her frequently until the end of all time. We might as well figure out how much we should dislike her.
