I gotta admit, when I saw Old Navy’s latest ad campaign I thought, “When did Kim Kardashian lose 20 pounds and learn how to sing?” Apparently, I wasn’t the only one who noticed the resemblance, because Kim is rumored to be suing the clothing store chain, claiming they’re using model and actress Melanie Molinaro as an unlicensed impersonator.

Yeah, the resemblance is hard to deny, but last I checked, it’s not illegal to look like someone. Is this Molinaro chick supposed to retire from acting and modeling just because she looks like a Kardashian? Maybe Kim can buy this chick some @ss implants and hire her as a human paparazzi magnet.
