Jake Gyllenhaal says that he didn’t fight with a paparazzo who took a photo of him while he was using the bathroom, but he did get the jerk to delete the photo.

Jake was attending a screening of his new movie, Source Code, when he went to the men’s room and a paparazzo took his picture.
Jake told Entertainment Weekly: “I think it’s an appropriate space to keep privacy. I hope that people wouldn’t disagree with me on that. Literally he grabbed my leg at one point and then at another time….he was like ‘Oh my god, what the hell?!’ I was like ‘Yes!”
The main reason why this story sucks is because this idiot paparazzo sounds like a bully. If Jake was built like a huge body builder, he wouldn’t have touched him, let alone grabbed Jake’s leg. Thankfully the picture was deleted, but there should be laws against taking photos in bathrooms even though they’re technically still considered to be “a public place.”
