Miley Cyrus appeared on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon last night to promote her upcoming gig hosting Saturday Night Live. Because of her redneck accent, love of cigarettes and brief relationships, Miley is constantly being compared to Britney Spears. Every time I see her in an interview, though, I'm surprised by how confident, funny, and generally non-retarded she is. Meanwhile, Britney can't even watch late night talk shows, because her conservator won't let her stay up past nine.

Miley actually kept up with Jimmy last night, even making fun of her dad's accent and rocking a fake mustache throughout much of the interview. SNL has sucked horribly this season (and for the past ten or so seasons before this one), but I think I'll actually check it out this week to see if Miley keeps bringing the lolz.
