It looks like The Real Housewives of DC couldn’t survive any farther than its first season. The show never caught on like some of the other ‘Housewives’ series have, and ratings for the show sucked.

“The show just didn’t do well and it wasn’t worth airing another season. The DC housewives were meant to be starting shooting their second season now and they haven’t heard a peep from Bravo. No one from the cast has been contacted yet and told that the show is cancelled.”

Bravo is finally realizing it can’t start a show and throw ‘Housewives’ on it and expect it to succeed. The Miami hoes aren’t bringing in the dough for the network either, so it may not be too far away from the chopping block.

They should step away from the glitzy rich b!tches and go for some normal chicks like a handful of hillbilly wives in Owensboro, KY. I’d rather watch a few rednecks put together a kick @ss barbecue and do some mud wrestling. Bring it Bravo!
