Jenelle Evans, the girl she physically attacked, and Jenelle's other friend all arrived in court today on behalf of Jenelle and her infamous fight video. Jenelle fought Britany Truett while Brittany Maggard videotaped the entire incident. Maggard instigated the brawl by shoving Jenelle into Truett.

All three girls had charges filed against them for "affray for fighting."

Jenelle's attorney said: “There’s no plea that’s been offered to us from the District Attorney’s office. So as of right now, we are taking it to trial. The next hearing is scheduled for May 24.”

Jenelle's attorney also promises that the Teen Mom 2 star won't serve jail time even if found guilty.
