Karen Gravano is the daughter of Sammy "The Bull" Gravano, famous for taking down John Gotti and the Gambino crime family. Born into the mafia lifestyle, Karen was 19 years old when her father turned on the mob.

After the legal drama/ betrayal, her family moved to Arizona, but she stayed in New York for years before relocating to AZ for a new life. In Arizona, Karen became a licensed aesthetician, opened up a spa and had a daughter, Karina.

These days she is trying to reconnect with her old Staten Island friends. She already has a book deal in the works too. So, uh... if she talks sh!t about her friends, her reconciliation plans may implode.
