Charlie Sheen CONGRATULATES Ashton Kutcher and CBS
Many bloggers and media outlets were quick to report Charlie Sheen's initial reaction to Ashton Kutcher replacing him on Two and a Half Men. None of em, however, have reported on Charlie's newest response. Charlie's first reaction to the news was angry, just like a Warlock should be. But now the former television star has nothing but kind words for Demi Moore's husband.

I personally believe that many straight male bloggers are jealous of Charlie Sheen! They're not jealous of his entire lifestyle or his addiction or failures, but I do think that they're jealous of some aspects of his life, of his ability to marry hot chicks and get 'em to push out his babies, and his carefree and reckless approach to life at 45 years old.
I think the jealousy is why some male bloggers go in on the Sheenius with unrelenting venom and hatred. I'm just truth telling! I see more filth on gossip blogs than I do when I'm updating my porn collection.
Charlie posted his initial reaction on Twitter, while most of us just text or b!tch to our friends about an issue in person or over the phone. Charlie's human, just like the rest of us. Of course he's losing in many aspects of his life, but I will never co-sign on anyone kicking someone while they're down - unless I'm the one doing the kicking.

@ Lil Payne,
I wasn't talking about you when I mentioned male bloggers, just to clarify. :)
The kind of vicious commentary that I see on gossip blogs on a regular basis reeks of some trace of jealousy, IMO. A lot of hatred comes from jealousy, which isn't a new concept.
I also think that many bloggers love to celebrate other's failures, whether that person is awful or not. You may be entirely correct about why folks go in on Sheen though. I'll just agree with you because you're a Capricorn. :p

I think my problem with Sheen is that he gets away with the type of shit that no black man ever would. He seems to get a pass every time, but I guess I shouldn't blame him for that. It's the media's bias. The way they report about him sometimes its almost as if his behavior is endearing to them rather than disturbing. It boggles the mind because when you compare Charlie's coverage to the coverage that vilified black men in the media, there's a huge different. I wish Charlie the best, though. Especially for his kids' sake.

I don't hate the Sheenius. I'm glad we have him in the world. But I think the reason he's such a common target for hatred isn't because of jealousy. These days he's more famous for catchphrase spewing and strange public behavior, but let's not forget the reason Chuckles gained the public's attention in the first place: he's an abusive, violent asshole. If he wasn't Charlie Sheen, he'd probably be in jail for shooting Kelly Preston, threatening Brooke Mueller (the mother of his children) with a knife, or trashing an upscale hotel room and doing god-knows-what to Capri Anderson. Lately, he's taken on this lovable psycho persona, but I think at the end of the day, Chuck's a pretty terrible person.

Thanks S-Dawg! It's nice to see that you get it. Not being excited upon hearing hurtful news is called being human. Duh! :p

Good for Charlie Sheen for taking the high road. Like you said - his initial reaction was just an honest expression of his emotions. At least he's trying to keep it classy. Blowhan should take a hint.
