Season 3 of Real Housewives of New Jersey started with a bang…or more accurately, with a brawl. The families of Joe Gorga and Teresa Giudice looked like a bunch of violent, egotistical lunatics (in other words, typical reality show guidos) when they started a brawl at the christening of Joe’s infant son. Now, because attention is like oxygen to tacky Jersey guidos, Joe and his wife, Melissa, told their side of the story to Life & Style magazine.

Joe says Teresa wouldn’t even have attended the christening if Bravo execs hadn’t insisted. Melissa adds that “Teresa’s fine with you as long as you’re one step below.”
I’m not sure who to side with here. Teresa is definitely an insecure ego case and her public bankruptcy coupled with the fact that her husband works in a friggin’ pizzeria have probably left her ready to attack. That said, if you don’t want people “acting fake” for the cameras, maybe you shouldn’t have cameras at your son’s christening! Well, regardless of who’s right and who’s a greasy orange moron (Hint: all of them!) this should be one hell of a season!
