Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries Are Engaged!

Kris Humphries believes he met the woman of his dreams, although he has only been dating Kim Kardashian for 6 months. Hey, love is love, and he wasn't afraid to put a ring on it unlike some other men (insert one of numerous names here). He didn't get all glitzy and glamorous with his proposal. Just a 20.5-carat Lorraine Schwartz, and Kris down on bended knee in her bedroom with rose petals spelling out 'Will you marry me?' on the floor did the trick.

Kim was just as shocked about the proposal as we are.

"I didn't expect this at all. I was in such shock. I never thought it would happen at home, and I never thought now."

Kris proposed to Kim on May 18 and after she accepted, Kim's momma Kris Jenner helped Humphries put together an intimate dinner, although momma Kris wanted to do it big. Hey, he at least let momma Kris throw in a couple of mini horses into the celebration.

"Kris really didn't want a big celebration, but he had jokingly told my mom he'd be fine if there were mini-horses there. Later that night at the party, my mom brought out two mini-horses, covered in glitter, for us! It was hysterical!"

Unicorns must have been on back order. Now that Kim is settling down, it's time to start planning the wedding of America's plump butt princess.
